Is it possible to “un-feature�� some of the polls? Most are closed and/or really old. It’s kind of annoying to have to scroll past so many old polls every single time.

How do I keep track of the books I'm reading on here?

Go to a book's page and add it as Currently Reading or Read or Want to Read.

It is up to the moderators to "un-feature" polls

If you look at a book, like this one The Martian, or search for one, you'll see the book cover on the top left of the screen. Under that is a green drop-down menu that says "Want to Read." Click that or the little arrow to select the appropriate category.

What category should I put my book I'm reading for this challenge under?

Whatever makes sense to you. If you click My Books at the top of the page, you'll see a list of all your "shelves" on the left. Click Edit to add new ones or delete others.

If I mark a poll to "hide the results until the end," am I also hiding them from myself or just other members?
In other words, would I still be able to track the results, or would I have to wait like everyone else?

I think it is also hidden from yourself. But unless you also make the votes anonymous, you can still see what all the individual votes are and do your own tally.
