In the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s vault a description of former Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein is listed as follows: “Saddam Hussein (1937-2006) was the president of Iraq from 1979-2003. In 2003, coalition forces invaded Iraq and deposed Hussein. In 2006, he was tried by the Iraqi Interim Government and convicted of the retaliatory executions of 148 Iraqi Shiites. He was executed on December 30, 2006.�

The FBI summary goes on to mention the “Iraqi Special Tribunal concerning Hussein’s commission of crimes against humanity, war crimes, and genocide.�

Describing Saddam as a war criminal and an enemy of the West sounds to us like a fair summary that few would argue with.

As Steve Pickering, then intern with the Washington Peace Center (WPC), wrote for the center in a June 1998 article: “The history of Iraq under Saddam Hussein is one of harsh oppression, with widespread abuses of human rights, and frequent torture and murder of political opponents, or just those who displease him.�

However, even with the knowledge of Saddam’s confirmed atrocities, it seems there’s little doubt the US was in bed with him for decades before his eventual removal from power if the assertions of various independent researchers are correct.

To this day, those assertions remain theories � unproven in the eyes of many.

At the heart of such theories is the idea that the West needs enemies to lambast in the media in order to engineer wars. Once a leader like Saddam has been condemned, or at least heavily derided, through media propaganda the masses hardly blink when false flag attacks are attributed to those who have been labeled dictators, despots and war criminals.

“Saddam’s military machine is partly a creation of the Western powers,� according to American investigative journalist Murray Waas, who extensively researched and wrote about the Gulf Wars and earlier Middle East conflicts.

As is the case with many conspiracy theories, the theories surrounding Saddam Hussein are often extreme and unprovable. Some go so far as to say that Saddam, along with Osama Bin Laden, was CIA-trained; others suggest the real Saddam was killed long before he was officially put to death, and the man who was executed in 2006 was one of the Iraqi leader’s doubles.

There’s enough evidence to suggest the Iraqi leader had at least one double. But to our knowledge there’s no evidence to prove that the man they executed wasn’t the real deal.

However, at the very least, there’s a question that needs to be asked. It is: Why did Ronald Reagan, George Bush, Donald Rumsfeld and Dick Cheney all have extensive dealings with Saddam Hussein?

That was a stupid excuse for a war by a stupid man (Bush) and his accomplice (Blair). They also got rid of Gaddafi and now want to get rid of Assad. We (the west) always finance these guys and then make them into our enemies years later. It's a simple dark farcical routine we always go through.

And I think I'm right in saying (but maybe not) it was confirmed that Saddam had six doubles - which does increase the likelihood of the real one still being out there, not that there is any real evidence for that.
But somehow I think it's likely Osama and Saddam are living it up in an underground bunker under the White House.

The real Saddam and real Obama are neighbors in Beverly Hills, Harry.

Yeah, it's fact that many such leaders have doubles - Saddam was just the most famous for it.

Danny Kaye one o' the greats. Ever see him in "Walter Mitty"? My dad always called me Walter Mitty and I never understood...until I saw the film.

I remember the King's Jester (at least I think that was the title) and the pestle with the jessel sketch as well as the t-pocketer, pocketer machine in Mitty. Apparently he would go into a restaurant and talk mock French, German etc. in such a way that even the waiters were convinced he was speaking their language but in a regional accent that they didn't recognize and couldn't make sense of.

Ah, yes the old pestle in the vessel routine. Never have seen Walter Mitty.

I'm hoping that they're wrong, 'cos I loved his work when I was a kid. And him doing routines for the lads out in Vietnam and elsewhere, sometimes in dangerous circumstances, more than any other performer, it does seem strange that he'd be this monster. That Bryce woman who claims he was a part of it, for me, is a lot less credible than Cathy O'Brien. But it is also more than possible that Hope was involved - he certainly had the connections.

I guess if he was involved in such mind control activities, it'd be a similar case to all the kids who loved watching Jimmy Saville on the UK TV show Jim'll Fix It?

But there are plenty of other US-famous that have more evidence against them.

Yep, now getting back on track on this thread...I have a crucial bit of evidence to prove there was a conspiracy in Saddam's "death"...

The evidence goes like this:

I couldnt shed a tear for his death (despite the fact that I found his trial and execution a bizarre and unfair show). I didnt admire him.. That said, I believe (and even Donald Trump believes in that, too!) that Iraq was a much better place with him than is now after "democracy and freedom" came from the skies, literally..

I was looking, without much success, to find a good and unbiased book about Saddam, but this is a hard task. On that way I've found this on Kindle Unlimited: In Defence Of Saddam Hussein .

The book, itself, is a bit repetitive but at the end of it, there is a 30+ pages memo of the FBI with the transcriptions of his interrogatory that are well worth a read.

Yeah, Iraq was better off under Saddam.

US disinformation hoax: Saddam Hussein's execution was a fake

The man hung in Baghdad on the 30th December 2006 for crimes against humanity was not Saddam Hussein. The Former Iraqi President died in March 2003. He was badly injured in intelligence-led precision bombing by the Americans on Thursday 20th March 2003, and died later that day or very shortly afterwards.

The individual who was held by the Americans for three years under the name of Saddam Hussein was a politically expedient lookalike. He was a cousin of Saddam and his body language was recognisably different from that of Saddam himself. British and American intelligence organisations knew this. It was also common knowledge in the Tikrit locality of northern Iraq where the remains of the real Saddam were quietly buried in 2003.

The lookalike was first seen on Iraqi television on the 4th April 2003. He was filmed by an Iraqi disinformation team. The footage showed him picking up a child and laughing and waving to invited crowds in a safe area of Baghdad. Apart from his different body language, the end of the lookalike's nose was much broader than that of Saddam and he had moles on his temple and forehead, unlike Saddam. This physiognomy was identical to that of the captured person who the Americans were trying to pass off as Saddam. In April 2003, Western media commentators openly questioned the identity of this man as seen on the broadcast video.

Benjamin Creme, the Editor-in Chief of Share International Magazine, has privileged access to this information from inside Iraq. He sent a press release about Saddam's death to media and government authorities on Tuesday 8th April 2003.

In early 2004, the Russians applied skilful diplomatic pressure on America to allow Sajida Heiralla Tuffah access to the captured\"Saddam Hussein". Sajida was Saddam's wife and the mother of his children. The meeting took place in April 2004 at the American military base in Qatar.

The Saddam lookalike was flown in aboard a United States Air Force VIP jet. Sajida arrived from Syria with her official escort, Sheikh Hamad Al-Thani, and entered the detention area where the lookalike was being held. She emerged only moments later pink with rage and shouting: "This is not my husband but his double! Where is my husband? Take me to my husband!"

American officials rushed forward to shield Mrs Saddam from perplexed Russian observers, trying to insist that Saddam had changed a lot while in custody and she probably didn't recognise him. "You think I do not know my husband?\" Sajida shouted furiously, \"I was married to the man for more than twenty-five years!"

This episode was witnessed by up to twenty individuals from at least five different countries. Pravda (Moscow, Russia) and four other Eastern newspapers reported the event in detail between the 13th and 17th April 2004. The New York Times and other Western news outlets censored the story under pressure from security agencies.

In the Question and Answers section of the December 2006 edition of Share International Magazine, Benjamin Creme was asked: "Why would the man who is posing as Saddam Hussein go on so long with the lie? He is putting himself through much grief, for what?\" His answer was: "The outrageous and sinister truth is that the poor man who has just been sentenced to hanging no longer realizes that he is not Saddam Hussein but a lookalike cousin. For a year in the hands of the CIA he has been systematically brain-washed by chemicals and hypnosis to forget his own identity and assume that of Saddam Hussein, President of Iraq. These methods have been used by many of the Intelligence agencies in the world for very many years, especially for transforming and using captured spies. It was for this process to be carried out that this stand-in for Saddam Hussein disappeared from public view, after his capture, for so long.
