Kris (My Novelesque Life) (mynovelesquelife) | 2427 comments I finished listening to The Innkeeper of Ivy Hill (book 1) which I really enjoyed. I thought it would be more of a romance, but it was about 4 women without men trying to make a home and a living in Regency period. There is romance but it on the side. I will definitely read the rest of the trilogy.

I am now listening to Night of Miracles (Book 2). The author narrates the audiobook and I really enjoy when she does!

I also finished my library book Dirty John and Other True Stories of outlaws and Outsiders and was really disappointed. I expected from the cover, title and synopsis that this was a collection of true crime stories. Other than "Accused", "Framed" and "Dirty John" the rest are just snippets of stories that have no proper ending.

I am now reading library book The Suspect (book 3) and ebook What the Wind Knows.
