I LOVED it! As with all short story collections some were better than others, but overall I gave it 5 stars because the stories that were good were superb. I read the Broken Earth Trilogy of hers and you can see where the idea for that series came from in one of the stories. I just think her writing is fantastic. The first few stories were my favorite.

I loved the Broken Earth as well. Thanks, I will move it to the top of the pile!

No, but I want to now! I really enjoyed Lovecraft Country. Do you have any recommendations?

They are all really different from each other. I started with Bad Monkeys when it came out, because I thought the cover looked cool. I have read everything else wrote as well. That one and Fool on the Hill are perhaps my favorites.
