For posterity and future wipes, here's an instructional how-to:
1a) Get the Request Sheet 100% caught up (all blue rows), and note the last book, in case you have terrible timing :D
1b) File -> Version History -> Name Version -> "20XX Backup" (in case you screw anything up, you can easily revert the sheet...
2a) Menu -> Tools -> Manage Form -> Summary of Responses
2b) 3 vertical dots near top for more options, Delete All Responses, Confirm
3a) Back on the spreadsheet, click the 3 lines button next to the plus sign. Plus sign makes a new sheet, the 3 lines shows a menu with all sheets, including hidden ones... click Form Responses 1
3b) Click the row under the BR REQUEST FORM LINK (row 3), scroll down and shift-click the last row of data (the one with the last book blue rowed from step 1)
3c) right click and delete rows
4a) Highlight some rows and right click and add rows below, to get back up to around 1000 rows for form responses (the more rows highlighted, the more you can add at the same time)
4b) Right Click the Form Responses sheet tab and hide it again
4c) Go back to the main sheet and wipe the mod input columns by highlighting and deleting... Mod Name and BR Link...
4d) Highlight the checkboxes and hit the spacebar to toggle TRUE/FALSE check... deleting removes the checkbox altogether... (click the topmost checked box in the whitespace outside the check, scroll down and shift click the bottommost checked box, and press spacebar)

Yes... Step 1 is finding someone that wants to read the book with you, over in the BR Invite thread:
/topic/show/...
Step 2 is agreeing on a start date
Step 3 is using the form to make the request to mods:
Step 4 is mods making the thread
Step 5 is Buddy Read Time
(once I started writing steps, I kinda just kept going) :D

Going forward, I/we would like it if you could format your book title as this in the BR Request Form:
BOOK NAME (SERIES #X)
This looks great for record keeping, and the new Master Buddy Read Spreadsheet tab, which grabs info from the BR Request Form inputs... makes it possible to tell at a glance what's a standalone, what's the beginning of a series, and what's deep into a series...
Example:

If you forget, don't make a duplicate request, I'll probably just go in and edit the form responses to match the format... it's easier than having duplicate entries...

Follow the instructions and enter:
- Title of the book (including Series Name & # in parentheses)
- Author of the book
- Starting date of the BR
- the Å·±¦ÓéÀÖ URL of the book*
- your name/username to let the Mods know who requested the BR
- optional: any special instruction you may have
*by Å·±¦ÓéÀÖ URL, I mean (without the space):
/book/show/ 13279692-scourge-of-the-betrayer
Note: if you're buddy-reading a series, please make a separate request and fill the form for each book in the series unless you want an unique thread for the entire series; in this case, make only one request and precise it in the 'special instruction' part of the form.
