September Buddy Read Discussion
Duration: 9/1 - 9/30

Rules:

Use this thread to find your buddy and determine your book! You can always start by posting books, authors or genres you are interested in! When you decide who you buddy and your book you will head on over to the FINAL SIGN UP thread (see link at bottom) and tell me your book and buddy there (there will be instructions to follow) If you are without a partner by the end of sign up I will try to match the remaining people up, so no worries...EVERYONE will have a buddy:-)

1.If you want to participate post your name and maybe let people know what genre(s) you are interested in reading and or any books that you're interested in reading.

2.If you already know who you’d like to read with, go to the Final Sign Up thread and post your information for me!

3.Whoever doesn’t have a partner, we will try to place with another person and you guys can pick a book together! If we have an odd number we can have groups of three, more people to discuss with!

4.I will create Buddy Discussion Threads for each Buddy group and you will be able to start reading and discussing.

5.The challenge will span a month.

6.For each group we can set up a thread so the two of you can discuss without having to sift through a bunch of other conversation.

7.You CAN sign up for more than one Buddy Read...in fact it's encouraged!

ANY QUESTIONS JUST ASK!

Once you have a buddy, go to the September Sign UP Thread and post your book and your buddy.

Agree - the first one was excellent so now can't wait for book 2! I think the 3rd book comes out beginning of November. :D

Mary, some people like to comment on every chapter, some every 5 chapters, some only post thoughts on characters or plot lines (*boring, heroine is weak etc).

It's however you want it to be. Why not click through some of the current ones and see what style you like.

Feel free to join Angie ~aka Reading Machine~ and Ezinwanyi are reading the by Elizabeth Hunter. WE read The Scribe earlier this month and now will read book 2 in Sept

the Edge of Never was really good. Jodi Picoult--just see the movie :D

I've seen the movie and cried my eyes out, but I'm sure I remember reading that the ending is completely different to the movie?

OK - I am planning to read - The Irresistible Blueberry Bakeshop and Cafe, Lost Lake, A Conspiracy of Alchemists, The Casual Vacancy, MWF Seeking BFF, Fever 1793, and A Novel Bookstore - among whatever else catches my eye at the Library.

Lauren, i directed you to post 2 to give you an idea of how to post your books. I have done it here for you so you can see.
The reason for this is books like Lost Lake and Fever 1793 are listed by a couple of different authors, so I don't know which you are planning to read. With either the link or the bookcover, we can see the one you want.

Hmm not yet , there may be an update though.
I have no idea, I knew I had 1 but all of a sudden I had 2!!
I have so many downloaded to read anyway so I could actually just save them up, but you know what it's like lol
