Hello,
My name is Tahmina, and I joined this group today. How I got into writing romances is a funny story - my parents were searching for a groom for me, and since the process was moving at a snail's pace, I thought why not fast track it by writing a romantic comedy on arranged marriages. What that fantasy became was 'Love Eventually' that released in 2013 and then six years later, I released a romantic suspense on Amazon Kindle called, Piece It Together. It's on promotion till tomorrow.
I didn't know I would call myself an author one day, but now I'm never left without any characters renting my mind's landscape. I also write flash fiction that I post on Instagram, and I have recently begun a blog on Medium that also showcases my flash fiction stories.
When I'm not writing, I'm reading thrillers/romantic comedies/fantasy, and having long sessions of introspection. :)

Isn't it. Well, the search didn't lead my parents anywhere productive but it did wonders for me by surprising me with a new career. A career I never even thought of in my wildest dreams. :D
