Time to nominate books for our first YA Group Read of 2015!

Please try to limit yourself to one nomination for each group read, and linking to the book is appreciated. This thread will be open for 2 days - the polls will go up on Dec. 18.

There's a lot of great YA historical fiction out there. It will be interesting to see how many nominations will go genre specific.

Cheryl Schneider (cltschneider) | 76 comments Chains by Laurie Halse Anderson Recommended by my students who had to read it this summer for summer reading.

message 4: by Melissa (new)

Melissa Coyle | 1557 comments Good Night, Mr. Tom by Michelle Magorian. This book takes place during WWII and has also a wonderful movie to follow if people are interested.

I think I saw that, Melissa. Gut-wrenching. Cool to know there is a book.

Audrey (godsmissiongal) | 5 comments I would like to nominate The Book Thief by Markus Zusak. But Melissa's nomination sounds like a good read as well.
