In anticipation of our discussion starting tomorrow, Andrea and I wanted to post some discussion guidelines or ground rules. Not that we anticipate members will purposefully do anything negative or hurtful, but we want to ensure all members are on the same page before we get started. These will apply to this and all further book club discussions for the #PharmacyToRead group.
1. Remember the mission of #PharmacyToRead: Digital platform to discuss books that promote both professional and personal development 2. Based on the mission of the #PharmacyToRead group and to be respectful of all members within the group, please avoid any discussion related to politics/religion 3. Commit to learning, not debating 4. Be respectful of individuals and viewpoints 5. Discuss and critique ideas, not individuals 6. Focus discussion on how the readings can enhance one's professional life and overall well-being 7. Avoid speculation and inflammatory language
Hope everyone is as excited about this as we are. Talk to you all soon! -Nick and Andrea
