What is your quirky novel title?
The [current mood] + [object to your right] of [grandmother's first name]+ [last thing you ate]

This is mine: The Lethargic Calculator of Doris Toffee

Here's mine:

The Unmotivated Coffee Mug of Shizuko Sichuan Tofu

Um, a hot and steamy novel? 😇
Sichuan has become the middle name, I guess?

I'm glad to see another protagonist with a middle name!

Maybe I could call her Frances P. Bar. That sounds more literary ;)

oshizu | 5762 comments This thread made me think of a silly challenge prompt.
First, we create our own quirky title, then our task would be to read a book with that title that sounds like its prequel or sequel.

The Lethargic Calculator of Doris Toffee
Book 0: Revenge of the Toffee Monster
Book 2: See Ya Later Calculator: Simple Math Tricks You Can Do in Your Head

Mine
The Unmotivated Coffee Mug of Shizuko Sicuan Tofu
Book 0: Shizuko's Daughter
Book 2: Before the Coffee Gets Cold

*The Sleepy Yarn of Amy Egg Roll
Book 0: Yarn Harlot: The Secret Life of a Knitter
Book 2:: Dim Sum of All Fears

Haha, I'm just listing a bunch of obscure books that might not be good at all (except for Dim Sum of All Fears for which I hold high hopes!).

That sounds totally made up. I can imagine being very blase. It has probably scene and experienced a lot of things in its time.
