Realistically, I think I could knock out Prompt 1. I only need 4 books for this, 2 of which will be graphic novels, 1 will be a play and the other Leeches which is written in an alternative format.
Thereafter, Prompt 6 is next on the list.

I'm not going to work on challenges either, Marie. Probably just the book of the month
I have three 800+ page books left for my final prompt and I've started all of them. My goal is to finish two, one a week, as well as knock down my currently reading list in general. I'm behind in my overall reading, too.
JRI:
The Priory of the Orange Tree
Jonathan Strange & Mr Norrell
The Passage
Other currently reading:
Lucifer, Book One
Atonement Camp for Unrepentant Homophobes
Olive Kitteridge
Want to start really bad:
Surrender Your Sons

I have 2 more books to finish for LOST. I think I'll have finished one before Dec 1, so my only real goal for the Readathon is my last one, Lost Boys. It's somehow been lost at my library, and I've been waiting for it to arrive via interlibrary loan. But on Dec. 1, I'll give up and request it from another local library that has it available digitally.
If I do finish that, then I'll do more on seriously serial, which I think I'm not likely to complete this year but still haven't given up on.

- finish LOST and FOUND - 9 books left
I just realized that RAT is 2 weeks long! I plan to add to my list, since that would amount to only 90 pages a day. I can do more than that.
Lusie wrote: "I haven't finished my bookopoly 2020 book yet so that can be my goal for the read-a-thon :D"
Ha! I DNF'd 2 from a pick-of-3 so hopefully third time's the charm & it's my last for Bookopoly 2020 too & way overdue (after trying & failing to finish those other 2!). It'll have be part of RAT for sure lol

Lost 2020 (and Just Read It Prompt 6) - The Red Pyramid
MM 2020 - 3 books left
Bookopoly 2020 - 1 book left

I'm not doing very well with this RAT. I started a 27hr audiobook which is going very slowly...
But then I have to read some library books which don't have anything to do with the challenges!!
How are everyone else going?

have like 4 other books in progress
I'm struggling. My chosen start book is going slowly. I may start one of the others and read fewer pages per day in the first book...94 pages per day is a struggle unless the book is immediately interesting.
Also, I have several library books in progress not for RAT.

I haven't been doing much, but at least I've remembered to keep track of what little I did do. Some RATs I forget even to do that.

I'm reading my last 2020 Lost book - Jesus Land: A Memoir
And I'm listening to Eva Luna, which was picked in bookopoly. It's good, but kind of meandering and I have to listen closely to follow it, so not great if I'm distracted.
I'll probably finish both this weekend.
I think I'm in a reading slump really... I hesitated each time I'm about to read and wanting to do something else!
ETA: I just finished my last book for bookopoly '20!! Now I can move on to '21 :D

Dee, great job one of your JRI prompts
Bea, think you will hang in there for the slow book or are you thinking about not finishing it?
Joanna, good luck finishing that last lost book!
Tien, sorry to hear you are in a reading slump! Hope you get out of it quickly. Congrats on finishing your last bookopoly 2020 book! Well done you!
For me reading is going well. I've now picked up Recursion for the december shelf of the month science. I've only read a few pages and think it has got potential.
Lusie, congrats on a good RAT so far!
I will try to complete The Alienist. It is the last LOST book, so there is that motivation. But, it is also starting to get a bit more interesting.
I was pushing to do the three books consecutively, but that was 94 pages per day. I have had to revise my plan and slow up a bit. Currently I have also started the second book - The Second Chair. The two books together are over 1000 pages.

Dee, I am about 1/3 of the way through it now. I think I will keep going.

Sounds like you are doing great, Meg! I have finished 2 books

Lusie, that was one of the things that slowed my reading also this year. I have started birding, photography, obtained a trailer, and cooking. I have also continued to grow my skills in gardening. Most of those, except for the cooking, have taken a hiatus during the winter ~ at least until the first of the year.

I've just taken up knitting! well, not really as I knitted a long time ago - nothing difficult then and nothing difficult now, just straight simple sort of knitting.
This is what I've been making: (mine doesn't look that good!) but I've repurposed it to be a book cover of sort. Well, the first one was a Secret Santa gift for my IRL bookclub and I just finished a second one for my son's kindergarten's teacher's Christmas gift.
I will make myself one... some time lol
ETA: I finished 1 Lost book for Lost & Found which leaves 1.5 books to go. Started a MM20 book on audio. I've had to finish a review book last night and a library book today so I'm probably not doing that great with my goal even if I'm reading!

Wow~ Tien. I am impressed. I gave up knitting such a long time ago...my stitches were never even as each time I picked up the piece my tension was different! I ended up pulling more out than I was putting in!

well, that's probably the reason why my product doesn't look as good as that picture lol

Tien, I like knitting too. The pattern looks good. I never tried knitting with t-shirt yarn though.
I should continu my crochet project, but instead I'm spending more time on my new hobby which is diamond painting. It's so relaxing and helps me clear my mind

This is what I am working on

Here is a wip picture, but I am much further with it now but on this picture you can see I've done the left side and yet have to work on he right side

oh my, that's amazing! I never heard of such a thing but I don't think my eyes can cope. I'm struggling with cross stitching as it is :/

Thank you Tien and Bea!
Tien, yes you do need good eyes for it.
Bea, this is my first diamond painting but I also think the end result is going to be beautiful
How did people go this RAT? Did you meet your goal?
I managed to finish MM20 (2 books) & Lost & Found (3 books) but only managed 1 book and a half for JRI! which means I still have 10K pages to read... I don't think I'll finish JRI! before end of year, oops.
