I have definitely judged a book by it's cover, but I always read the blurb too, so I think it's synonymous, if I like the blurb enough, I don't think about the cover but If I don't like the blurb, I skip the book irrespective of the cover..

Oh yes, I have done that before haha.
Basically I pick up a book if the cover looks good, and then I read the blurb. It the blurb is good, I pick it up. But if the blurb is not of interest, and I will put it back So the blurb basically confirms if I should get it lol.

This is exactly what I do. I am almost always attracted by the cover first, title second, and then the description needs to seal the deal!!

If I'm at the bookstore picking out books for myself, yes, but I also read the description, too.
