My original post with detailed experience and such is here or at my website, !
In addition to that, I'll mention here that I've lived in America all my life and have obtained a college minor in Anthropology, due to my natural interest in studying and understanding culture. I've also work with many people that were not born in America, and they appreciated my well-rounded understanding of the country to help them navigate it culturally.
Let me know if this is still open and if you'd like me to help you out!
I am in later stage drafts of my novel, Digital prison. I am looking for beta readers to assess the first three chapters only.
What I need to get a better understanding on is the following
1. Is the speed of the worldbuilding overwhelming or just right? I have heard mixed feedback depending on the geography of the beta reader and so I would like to invite readers from EUROPE or AMERICA Only
2. How much of a hook is the first three chapters
3. one page of high level feedback
The blurb is here:
*Digital Prison is set in 2084, where the US government is overseen by the Board, a collection of mega-corps who have the final say on every government decision.*
*Our protagonist, Quill Killian has seen his family business confiscated via the Preference Act, a law that allows mega-corps to take ownership of any company that they deem a competitive threat. Now destitute; he has four weeks to escape the government's euthanasia program. Unbeknownst to Quill, millions of entrepreneurs have suffered the same fate.*

This is 2,500 words only and so I am happy to pay $20 for a 24-hr turnaround to help me answer these questions (4 readers needed)
