I had this on my pile even before we voted :D And even then I ended up voting for another book. But I'm still going to read this ^-^

1.What do you think the creatures are??
I find them scary

2.Did yall watch the movie?? Do you think the book is better?

3. It is very evident that all the characters are dead or going to die expect Malorie, boy n girl.
What are your theories on their death?

I dont think they starved maybe one of the housemates got impatient and chose to leave the compound

Okay just borrowed this from the library. Will start this soon and be back with answers. I have seen the movie but I'm confused about whether this is science fiction or fantasy.

1. No idea, possessed humans?

2. Saw the movie and enjoyed it. Not sure yet both are creepy and scary because it seems kinda possible and it ties into the current pandemic.

3. I just assume they will see the monsters or leave one by one. I'm trying not to think about what happened in the movie. Plus movies don't always follow the books closely. However the mentioned blood stains in the house is not a good sign. Pretty sure Tom is the one in the room Malorie won't enter.

1. The title has been explained sort of. How is it going to play a role in the story when the present timeline Malorie doesn't have the birds with her?

2. Could you manage without your sight as well or better than the characters so far? Would you give up a different sense of the five senses?

3. Any standout moments, lines, or characters?

Well I finished this and gave it 4 stars. Definitely want to read the sequel. This was a good creepy book for October.

Alert: I am answering this questions after reading the book so small spoilers ahead.
1. I think the creatures are some kind of monster created by mistake( just my opinion)
2. No I didn't watch the movie, but I will watch it later. Nah ,the book creeps me out more.
3. Yes,Malorie and her children will be saved and the others will lose their lives.
