41. Involves A Second Chance


Another one of our “two� themed prompts for 2022, this one is a book that involves a second chance. This could be part of the title or the plot. A character could be given a second chance at life or romance, or an individual pardoned for a crime. It could also be a second chance for you as a reader! Maybe you want to give a book, an author, or even a genre a second try! Another phrase you could try looking up is "new beginnings"

Brandi I read A Wizard of Earthsea by Ursula K. Le Guin. I didn't like it, but I finished it. The entire book is about the MC getting a second chance to fix a mistake made at the beginning.

Dana Cristiana (silvermoon1923) For this one I read One Word Kill by Mark Lawrence. Nick, the main character has cancer. But somehow he will have a second chance at life. Can't say how, it's a spoiler.

But the book is great, totally recommend! Especially if you are into friends playing Dungeons&Dragons and having fun, until things go down.

For second chance I read Seven Days in June! It’s a second chance romance about 2 authors that spent 7 days together when they were teenagers and met again many years later!
