42. An Indie Read

An independent or indie book is a term used to describe publishing a book without a traditional publisher. For this prompt, you could choose a book published by an independent publisher (not one of "the big 5"), or an indie author. You could also interpret that as a book purchased from an independent bookstore or bookseller. This could be a read in any genre and any format! It might also be the perfect time to read a friend or family member’s self-published work!

Check out our ŷ List for examples
