There is a "Whetstone S&S Tavern" Discord S&S group worth considering participating in.
It is great for networking. Jason Ray Carney and Chuck Clark are editors.
It was originally set up to help garner writers submitting to the online S&S magazine:

Whetstone Amateur Magazine of Sword and Sorcery Issue Two by Jason Ray Carney Whetstone Amateur Magazine of Sword and Sorcery Issue One by Jason Ray Carney Whetstone Amateur Magazine of Sword and Sorcery Issue Three by Jason Ray Carney

Recall our own group settings (below)....they are similar to ours (which follow):
group type: This is a public group. Anyone can join and invite others to join.
rules: Be civil and leave your inner savage.

To join you'll need to be invited. One of the moderators provided this link that may work:

(holler if it doesn't and someone can get a new one)

If you join, please introduce yourself and behave courtesourly.
Those who are "arse holes" tend to be removed.

Oliver Brackenbury (oliverbrackenbury) | 122 comments I gather the invite links expire after seven days, though I know it hasn't been that long yet. Here's one I just generated, in case that helps:

I can say from experience it is a great place, with a wonderful atmostphere.

From Whetstone's Facebook:
8pm EST Jan 18th, that's tonight!

Our "Lantern Hour"--where we discuss the Intro and first two chapters of Brian Murphy's, *Flame and Crimson: A History of Sword-and-Sorcery*--starts in approximately two hours (at 8:00p EST). We use the app "Gather." Using it will requires a *free* account. It also requires this link to our "Whetstone Tavern" on "Gather." Here it is (hope to see you there!). 😊⚔
