Im very confused by the two books in sister citys.......
Does it mean two connected books? Two books based in the same place i.e. London??

As I understand it, various cities are considered "sister cities." I'm not sure about the criteria, but you can Google them. I know, for example, New York and London are considered such.

Two cities make an official agreement. I guess it's a tourism gimmick. I think my city has an official sister city in Taiwan somewhere.
Unless it means two cities that are basically the same? Like Minneapolis/St. Paul?
