I'm so curious to see how I feel about this one. Usually when I read contentious or sensitive topics about like immigration or mental health issues it's eye-opening but doesn't hit close to home for me. In today's society regardless of your body shape (and especially because I live in a community with people who have an old Indian mentality) you've faced that stigma or seen that hate around body size and body negativity. It's a tough topic to handle. Hopefully the friendship aspect of it can add some joy to the story!

Hey! I acc started to read this yesterday. I’ve done some covid tests and they have all been negative but I feel worse today so not convinced! I’ll defo be reading later :) can’t wait to progress with this book

Also Eden that’s good that the test came back negative. I think sometimes it can take a while for it to show as positive on a test. My friend had Covid symptoms and the test gave her a negative. Then she did it again the next day and it came back positive so those things are so unpredictable! You should probably do another test tomorrow if you’re still feeling sick. We made my mum do one 2 times a day for 3 days but it turned out she just had a regular cold so it could be that for you too maybe. Either way, definitely rest up and take it easy! I hope you feel better soon!

I always default to putting stuff in spoilers but seeing as you've all already read the book then it's up to you! Either way I'll just not read the comments yet and come back to discuss it with you all when I've finished the book which will probably be tonight...
