MPGs include Horror > Zombies, although the author herself doesn't call them that in the book (she calls them Hollows, and they're way creepier, and faster, than a typical zombie).
This review refers to them as "zombie-like monsters," which is really the best description I could provide.
I'm currently reading the third book of four and will save this last volume for the Spring Challenge if it works. It will give my kid time to finish it without me grabbing it every time he puts it down. Sharing books with a teen isn't much fun when you only have one copy. LOL!

The MPG of Horror > Zombies works as a reference to establish fit. And, it's been noted, so now your kid can read in peace! LOL

Thanks! It's entirely his fault I even know about these books. While we were waiting for Apple to take a look at my laptop a few months back he picked this one out at the bookstore next door because he liked the cover. I had to buy the rest of them for him when he realized it was not the first in the series.

Zombies aren't mentioned in the book's description nor do they show up as a main page genre. You'll need to find and provide a link to a reference (inside or outside of Å·±¦ÓéÀÖ) to establish fit.

It currently has Horror>Zombies as an MPG.
Thanks."
Yes. MPG Zombies and numerous references to zombies in the reviews. You've solved Shelby's issue as well since this is the first book in the same series!
I've added both books to the approved list in post 2, so you can just refer to that when you post.

Thank you!

Yay! Happy to help :)
Please note Reboots: Undead Can Dance with a main page genre of horror>zombies.
The GR description says nothing about the book, but the first few reviews mention zombies:
"A storyline with vampires, werewolves and plenty of zombie mayhem"
"The description of the Fangs, the Weres, and the Reboots, –Vampires, Werewolves and Zombies is a new take on things, THAT’s for sure."
"‘Zombies are a dime a dozen; we’re nothing more than part of the inventory Space operatics!"

That works. Genre noted.

Would Breathe work for this?
The description says "As colleagues are progressively transformed into mindless, blood crazed zombies, Ben and his friends discover that there really is something in the air."
(I'm trying to find a book that might ease me into zombies - not something I have much interest in - and this sounds like a potentially interesting approach ...)

Yes, that works.

If nothing else, it's a unique retelling! ;-)

Outpost The zombies are referred to as Freaks that do go around eating people (and their fellow beings, should they be killed)
MPG: Horror-zombies 333 times

Yes, MPG and reviews establish presence of zombies.

"I gotta be honest, I hate zombies and absolutely don't care for them—they're pointless and stupid and an utter waste of time. But this book?"
"Because . . . ZOMBIES, which in this book we refer to as Bone Houses."
"and i think its these influences that i hold dear to my heart which helped me fall in love with a story about zombies. zombies are so not my thing."
" Zombies meets ancient Wales meets myth meets....traditional YA trappings."
Thanks!!!!

That works.
