Was there any significance to 9595? It was mentioned twice but unless it was something from the first book which I forgotten I just don’t remember what it was. Did I miss it?

That's just random number. It's Atlas' password for his phone as well as home. Noting the same numbers,Lily just thinks that he's a man of commitment. That's all. ;)

Im wondering if its possibly something to do with Lily that not even lily remembers,which is why we dont know.

he just put the password same because according to Lily he is 'considerate' Atlas.

I thought it was gonna be like a date significant to Lily because that's how much she means to him. I wish it was. That woud've been SO CUTE!

i think we need a full book from Atlas point of view. Like it ends with us, but Atlas version. That way we can know more about his past and maybe it will tell us what the password means in that
