It's not all poetry but Ottoline and the Purple Fox by Chris Riddell features poems by the Mysterious Poet.. 4.0 stars
This is How You Lose the Time War by Amal El-Mohtar & Max Gladstone is basically an epistolary style book. Every second chapter is a letter from one protagonist to the other. Interesting. 3.5 stars
