I am currently reading "The Pearls of Lutra" from the Redwall series, "The Lost Heir" from the Wings of Fire series, "Shameless" from the Banning Sisters Trilogy and "Kiss the Girls" from the Alex Cross books.

@Firoz : Thank you so much for making the thread! I honestly forgot and well, I've come online for the first time in weeks probably:( Thank you so much, I owe you :)

But, I'm gearing up for Spring vacation soon; so to prepare, I've checked out four library books...
First up is "Two Way Street", by Heather Barnholdt. It mainly appealed to me because it features a road trip - and I LOVE road trips!!

I went through the same thing with school last week. I just had my spring break and start school again on Monday. I am honestly not sure if I am looking forward to it or not. I think I have heard of Two way street. Tell me if you like it. :)

Well, Boards got over today! *finally* :P
I've started with Hex Hall though I'm looking for something non-YA to read. I'm also currently on Twelve Years A Slave.

I'm currently reading 'The School For Good and Evil' by Soman Chainani and it's great so far
I am currently reading Never Let Me Go

Will be starting with "Around India in 80 Trains" after that

Hey Marybeth! Unfortunately, I'm sad to report that I didn't much care for "Two Way Street". :( It was good in concept; but it got caught up in way too much tech-speak of the time, and that annoyed me. The book was published in 2007, which normally wouldn't bother me at all (I'm not the kind of person who reads only current books) but almost every chapter the characters talk about their MySpace profiles, or their new, ultra-cool flip phones, or whatever, and it's like "Can we just move on?!" Anyway. Reading this book, it quickly becomes apparent that 2007 really WAS quite a few years ago; even if I don't really feel that way!
However, I am happy to say that my other 'road trip' themed book ("Hope Was Here", by Joan Bauer) was quite good!!

I think i remember picking "Two way street" and starting it but really not liking it that much. thanks for letting me know. I may or may not pick it up again. I'm glad that you liked your other book though. :)

Carrisa, You click on the add book/author link above the comment box. At the bottom of the popup box where you type the book/author you're looking for are two little circles where you can choose link or cover. Choose cover.
