If you don't know me, I am a huge fan of Science Fiction, especially those fandoms that are plausible and COULD possibly happen. And Star Trek is probably my most favourite Sci Fi series of all time.

That is why I asked to lead this Quarterly Challenge.

31 Oct 2023 - Have not read anything yet - I am in a major reading slump - Fortunately I have already completed my annual reading goal, so that's OK.

1 Nov 2023 - I have decided to no longer read for this challenge. But I will continue to lead/host/manage this challenge. I find that I cannot really do both.

I feel lighter already having made that decision.

2. The Marriage Plot by Jeffrey Eugenides. I felt rewarded by recognising a lot of the literary references, though I'm sure there are people who got dozens more of them than me. The plot and characters were so-so.
