I read it a while back. It's one of the few Stephen King books that I would recommend to non-horror fans. It's a good place to start if you've never read King before and aren't sure if you like his style.
I love how the topic is "bottom of to read pile" and yet I don't have anything I'd consider necessarily on the bottom. LOL! Just books I haven't been in the mood quite yet for. Luckily I still have some time to prepare and think on this one. :-)
And most of the books I have on my GR to-read list are recent--from when I was looking up steampunk books for another reader. LOL

But some books I added years ago and just haven't been "in the mood" yet to read. I guess if I'm not "in the mood" for THAT long, then it's the bottom of the pile. So I chose one of those books for this week.

But some books I added years ago and just haven't been "in ..."
That's what I'm going to do for this topic just pick a book that's been sitting on my list for a long time that I just haven't been in the right mood for or that I've pushed other books that I want to read slightly more in front of it.

Haha Silvia, you're lucky, my TBR is big and for each read books I add 10 new. It's the never ending reading list.
Have fun with your book :)

Maybe your to read list was small before the challenge, but now, it's so HUGE. You don't know where to start, so the challenge will help you a little. Select a book from the bottom of your list, the one you added a long time ago, the one you're not fully interested in, or the one at the bottom of your pile of books. At the end of the week, there will be one less book to read... and obviously ten more. Good luck!
How to Create a Topic:
1. Create a topic in the appropriate folder using your book's author and title (Title by Author). Link your book with the "This topic is about" feature.
2. In the body of your post, comment about why you chose this book. Have you read it before? What are your expectations?
3. Feel free to use the thread as a way to update the group on your progress. Also, when you are finished reading, add a small review and your thoughts about the week's challenge.
4. Comment on everyone else's posts as well! Participation and group involvement will make this challenge so much fun!
**If you chose the same book as another group member for the same week, do not create a duplicate thread.**
