Their Chosen Way (The Roads Chosen Book 3) by Ben Carlyle

message 2083: by Vittoria (new)

Vittoria | 63 comments A man called Ove, 4/5. I read it in Italian, my mother tongue, and I found it pretty good. I read it after watching the movie "a man called Otto", and found the book better conceptualised (no surprise really). the movie is good, but few scenes seemed... weird, like they had no real reason to happen. After the book it all has much more sense, and I enjoyed the reading.

Loving Mr. Lockwell, by Jerrica Knight-Catania (read to complete my 2024 reading challenge) 4⭐️
Pretty Girls, by Karin Slaughter (DNF. I hope she’s in therapy. There weren’t any trigger warnings, and suddenly there’s numerous sessions of extreme and brutal torture.) 1⭐️ I’d rate negative 10 if I could.
Fully read - Twisted Lies, by Ana Huang (I rated this way due to the lead up of this book from the previous ones in the series, overall the series is a 4⭐️) 5⭐️
