Flowers for Algernon by David Keyes. 5 brilliant stars.
Fourth wing! Beautiful world building and there are alot of plot twists!
A Little Life by Hanya Yanagihara - 3 stars
I just finished The Martian by Andy Weir and I rated it 4 stars. Brilliant book but was just missing that special something that would push it to 5 stars.
Ready or Not by Cara Bastone -> 3.5 stars
Harbinger of Vengeance:Author's Enhanced Edition By Jon Athan Rated 5 Stars (and) to the reader who read "Pretty Girls" and rated it 4.5 Stars I recommend you check out her two book series "Grant County" and "Will Trent". Both are riviting and addictive. No one writes " mainstream" books of psychological thrillers (for want of a better genre designation". They feature serial killers, crime, forensics, action, and horrors perpetrated against women and much more. Her standalones are also top shelf.
Zodiac Academy #3 - I gave this one a 3.5/4 because it felt like it wasn’t paced well and like the story was going round and round .. but the others were 5 star!!!
James by Percival Everett. An alternate telling of the Adventures of Huck Finn. 5 stars!
