APRIL CHALLENGE - THE TAROT CARDS





THE RULES

For each tarot card that you complete a book for, you get a point. For each bingo you make, you receive 2 points. You must read 4 books for each bingo (in other words, you can't reuse squares).
For the "free space", pick any of the tarot cards number 16 and above.

LEVELS

Jack: 1-3 points
Knight: 4-6 points
Queen: 7-9 points
King: 10-12 points
The Fool: 13+ points

THE TAROT CARDS - MAJOR ARCANA

0 - The Fool - Read a book that has a fool or silly looking person on the cover OR a book that makes you laugh.
1 - The Magician - Read a book that has a magician/sorcerer on the cover OR a book that has a magical character.
3 - The Empress - Read a book that has an Empress/Queen on the cover OR a book that has a female character that is royalty or that is a mother or mother to be.
4 - The Emperor - Read a book that has an Emperor/King on the cover OR a book that has a male character that is royalty or that has a male character that is an authority figure, very traditiional, or must always be in control.
5 - The Hierophant - Read a book that has a Priest or other male religious character on the cover OR a book that has a male character that is very wise or has divine qualities.
6 - The Lovers - Read a book that has lovers on the cover OR any romance genre book.
7 - The Chariot - Read a book that has a chariot (ancient or modern form of transportation) on it OR read a book that has a conquest or victory, or has a character that is a winner or champion in it.
8 - Justice - Read a book that has a judge/jury or other court related items (gavel, etc.) on the cover OR read a book with a character(s) that are judge/jury/court officials, or is about bringing justice to or for a character.
9 - The Hermit - Read a book that has only one person or a lantern on the cover OR a book about a character who is alone, lonely, isolated in some way.
10 - Wheel of Fortune - Read a book with a wheel on the cover OR a book about a character who has a change (either positive or negative) in fortune.
11 - Strength - Read a book that has a lion on the cover OR a book about a character who is very strong, either physically or in their character (self disciplined).
12 - The Hanged Man - Read a book with a hanging tree/person on the cover OR a book about a character who makes a great sacrifice, or let's go of something important/cherished.
13 - Death - Read a book with a skeleton, scythe, coffin, or grave yard on the cover OR read a book with a character who dies or is deeply changed.
14 - Temperance - Read a book with some sort of receptacle from which a liquid is being poured or a winged being on the cover OR a book in which characters who are opposites come together in love or work or to achieve a particular goal.
15 - The Devil - Read a book with a devil or demon, a pentagram or a satyr on the cover OR read a book with a character who is a devil or is materialistic, lustful, or hedonistic.
