Happy reading, Lieke.
It looks like you will be singing some T. J. Klune. Enjoy.

Lieke | 1692 comments Thanks Lauren, I need to read the ebooks before I can listen to the audiobook I got since it is book 3. But it will be a project for a few months :)

Michelle | 3212 comments Will be interesting to hear what you think of the Klune series. I had to wait a year in between each. Lucky you. And don't forget the author had some short stories on her website while we were waiting for the next book, if I remembered correctly. That first book is my time top 5 books.

Enjoy.

Lieke | 1692 comments That is good to know, I´ve only heard good things about this series so I´m looking forward to reading it.

Michelle | 3212 comments Lieke word of warning. The first book is really, really good. If you are like me, an emotional reader then set aside a day for reading. With a box of tissues and enjoy the ride.
I'd actually gotten Wolfsong as a freebie. Years and years before I read it. Once I did I had no idea why I waited so long. It was years before the author actaully wrote the next book and then a year wait in between the flowing books. For me, why I finally picked up the book was it all of a sudden was a book that everyone was talking about.

Lieke | 1692 comments Thanks for the warning, will have to plan this well then :)

Oh, how I want to read Frank and Red! Can’t wait until it comes to the US.

Enjoy your reading, Lieke!

message 13: by Lieke (new)

Lieke | 1692 comments Thank you Jonetta, have you tried requesting it through NetGalley UK? I use both sites :)

Sharon Kallenberger Marzola | 2052 comments That is good to know. Does the link add UK to their website?

Sharon, I googled NetGalley UK and used my same NetGalley sign on. The book is Listen Now and I added. Then I went to the NetGalley app and downloaded.

Lieke | 1692 comments At the bottom (right side) of the NetGalley page there are links to the different language pages. So if you know German, French or Japanese you can use those too.

I forgot it was Listen Now, great that you have it too :)

I’ve already downloaded! Lieke, I’m forever grateful. I really, really wanted Frank & Red. My UK blogging buddies lured me in.

message 19: by Sharon (new)

Sharon Kallenberger Marzola | 2052 comments Thanks for the information. I never thought to try a different country. I get my friend to gift me some books from Amazon UK when they get an early release and vise versa. We send each other gift cards to use.

As far as other languages, my knowledge is so limited. I can understand some spoken word, but the written word, it would take me months to get though one book. I admire your gift.

message 20: by Lieke (new)

Lieke | 1692 comments I'm glad I could help!

I have tried two German children's books in audio, but wrote one of the reviews in English :)
I think it is harder to learn other languages when you speak a language so many people can speak.
