Ann-Marie | 40 comments There is a post on the DungeonCrawlerCarl subreddit titled JUSTICE FOR MONGO and that is when I realized the winners have been picked. I do agree though, Mongo deserved an award lol

But for real, The Adventures of Amina al-Sirafi by Shannon Chakraborty was one of my favorite reads last year and so I feel like she got robbed...And I thought Thornhedge was just lovely and after that mess last year Kingfisher deserves another award!

The following nominees received enough votes to qualify for the final ballot, but declined nomination:

Best Novel System Collapse, by Martha Wells

wonder why?

I remember reading somewhere that since the series won for best series she would decline any nominations for future books in Murderbot but would accept nominations for books outside of the series.

message 16: by Jacqueline (new)

Jacqueline | 2428 comments Yeah Martha Wells has said that Murderbot has won enough awards and doesn’t want to be considered for the awards.
