Solve the murder to save what's left of the world.

Outside the island there is nothing: the world was destroyed by a fog that swept the planet, killing anyone it touched.

On the island: it is idyllic. One hundred and twenty-two villagers and three scientists, living in peaceful harmony. The villagers are content to fish, farm and feast, to obey their nightly curfew, to do what they're told by the scientists.

Until, to the horror of the islanders, one of their beloved scientists is found brutally stabbed to death. And then they learn that the murder has triggered a lowering of the security system around the island, the only thing that was keeping the fog at bay. If the murder isn't solved within 107 hours, the fog will smother the island—and everyone on it.

But the security system has also wiped everyone's memories of exactly what happened the night before, which means that someone on the island is a murderer—and they don't even know it.

And the clock is ticking.

the putting them to sleep is wild! just boom! they drop. and they can't wake? what is going on here? is this the alien/voice's setting in them or something else

what really is the island? What is the secret she's going to reveal tonight?

and the babies - that was also wild! I mean, do they have them just in like cryogenic cases? is this not really what we think it is? A different island? or is humanity not really dead? so many options !! (hide spoiler)]

I can't tell if these bodies they found in the morgue are the previous scientists that couldn't make it or if they are new ones.
and Neima turning the failsafe back on - seems really cruel
but if she wasn't able to wake the humans back up and have them take to life normally, then I guess it wasn't worth it to keep the island going?

I'm not sure what really happened to Neima. And what is in the stupid box? and where is Hui?

it's shocking that Jack is probably alive and running some experiments in the lab. And that the lab and the humans keep waking up but whatever Neima is doing to them is killing them! They can't live through it (or don't want to).

Is the box possibly. . .is it possibly Abi or whatever Abi is?

It was so sad that the Neima's gem had been destroyed but at least they had Ben with all his locked away knowledge
I loved the ending - when Jack woke up! I loved the Abi was a part of all this AND she hoped they would disconnect her from their minds so they could be truly free (hide spoiler)]
