This book is one of the best romances I've read. The story is about a girl called Sadie, who thinks she has to be perfect, and so she is. She has more medals, awards, prizes than anyone else in the school. The only person rivaling her is her worst enemy, Julius. They’re in a constant battle for the top spot, trying to win over teachers and claim the most honors. Because Sadie has to appear perfect, she channels her emotions into email drafts, which she never sends out. Almost all of her emails are about Julius, and they describe him in a LOT of detail. One day, she notices people are acting differently around her. They're whispering, pointing at her behind their hands. It turns out someone has leaked all her drafted emails from over the years, dating back to when she was just a child. The principal steps in and forces them to work together in hopes that they will learn to cooperate and understand each other better cleaning the bike shed and planning school trips. As they spend more time together, a bond begins to form, and Sadie starts to develop feelings for Julius. I read this book around 5 times, and the first time I got it I stayed up until 10 am to read it. It's honestly so good. The characters relationship is messy and complicated, exactly like real teenage life. I think it's perfect for teenagers, but everyone should read this.
