Starting off the year with a great self-help book.
Mel Robbins has such a no-nonsense approach to overcoming rea life challenges.
In the "Let Them" theory, she explores practical approaches for dealing with difficult people and situations.
Lots of examples and step-by-step plans. Her approach is very focused on personal interactions. Business/work situations, not so much.

Sue, my pain therapist just recommended this book to me. Great to see a review here on it!
