LOL I felt the exact same way when I was posting my first book!!!

I have 2 questions: I finished a book I can use, but it’s only 192 p. Should I use it?
And how do I know what the most popular edition is? Is it the first one that appears?

Yes! Use it!
and yes, the popular one is typically the first one that comes up - but you can also "see all editions" and it will be the top one on that list

I've never played codenames so I'm not overly familiar with the game but I have read the rules for this challenge. Please correct me if I'm wrong...

We're just picking a word that works with our finished read and hoping it's not the assassin? Because there are no clues I'm getting the impression that there's no real way to know which words are which colour and it's just a guessing game.

I've finished my first book this month and don't want to make a mistake posting haha. Thanks!

I've just moved all the words from the new game to the sheet. I figure this way we can easily see which words are taken. I think it makes sense but let me know if anyone feels differently.

If we keep getting the assassin out of sheer chance, then my (poorly remembered) high school probability knowledge says that, one day, we'll also avoid it out of sheer chance. So there is hope!

Thanks! And yes, just started 40 hour work week late last month and it’s definitely kicking my butt, especially with everyone going on vacation and I’m like the only person who covers for everyone, so I’ve basically been doing two people’s jobs almost every day (I cover for four different people’s jobs). I definitely preferred the 35 hours a week instead when other people are working too 😂

* correction - a duplicate word was posted so I removed one of the books and put it back in the bank so we didn't have one kicked back.

FYI, current codename tabs for each team have been updated. The following columns, J-K, will now look like:

Column J, BR/BOTM/None—New dropdown menu for your books.
Column K, BR/BOTM Points—Now calculates both BR and BOTM points accordingly.
