Gail (gailifer) | 2131 comments I am going to read The Invisible Man by HG Wells, I have read very little of his work. I also thought I would look for Nip the Buds, Shoot the OffSPRING by Oe although there seem to be many different translations of that title. Nips the Buds and Shoot the Kids wouldn’t work.

This was absolutely one of my favorite books in high school, but I'm sure the racism wont have aged well. I don't remember details and have not re-read it so I will be interested in your experience Rosemary!

I'm trying to decide between the Rainbow and Spring Torrents.
