i have one from when I was 6 if anyone wants to hear it...
So I already had really bad anxiety, I couldn't be alone or anything, and anyways, I was going through the school after school to get to the back of it and meet my dad, he was walking around. I got to the door and he wasn't there yet, but my older sister who was there went through and walked away anyway. I was crying/having a bit of a panic attack, and a teacher came and yelled at me, and then grabbed my arm pretty hard and dragged me outside
yeah... she also yelled at kids when they had to go to the bathroom
and she wasn't even my teacher ðŸ˜she was just a teacher in my school

i was going to my first jv soccer practice and they said meet in the locker rooms. i didnt know that there were soccer locker rooms so i went to the basketball and volleybll ones, they werent there. they werent on the field. i was looking for them and had a panic atack. and when they finally went on the field i was crying and the girls were making fun of me. im great at first impressions...
oh no that actually sounds terrible, I'm sorry i feel like panic attacks always come at the worst time ðŸ˜
