Hello, everyone.

I’m new to the group and just thought I’d introduce myself.

I’m a Brisbane local, and a Historical Fiction Author (I hope this doesn’t read like a shameless plug, but my debut is set for late August).

I’m currently reading: Laura Elvery’s Nightingale, which is a brilliant re-telling of Florence Nightingale’s legacy in nursery, and the late years of her life.

I also had the pleasure of attending the launch of this book, and meeting Laura, which was an exciting occasion.
