Apart from Wolf Totem, what do you plan to read this month?

For me I have a few books on the go; Get Shorty, Anna Karenina, The Firebird and Manuscripts Don't Burn: Mikhail Bulgakov A Life in Letters and Diaries. After that I'm not sure

Ricci Krassa | 6 comments Ernest Hemingway For Whom the Bell Tolls. I'm not a Hemingway fan, though The Snows of Kilimanjaro was quite good. Old Man and the Sea was a required read in school and I was not interested. I'm curious if it was a matter of poor timing.
Giving Hemingway another chance.

Sonali V Just finished reading 'Ingenious Pain' by Andrew Miller. It's a first book. I liked the portrayal of the eighteenth century rural lives, among other themes. Read a Ian Rankin Malcolm Fox novel and have just started YiYun Li's The Vagrants. The first few pages promises an interesting enlightening read.

Franky Haven't had much time to read, but currently reading Mystery Man. Hope to get one more in this month, Strangers on a Train, but it will probably come in June.

Obviously non-fiction, but it does follow the story of several individuals on their journey.
Not my usual scope, however I did ask a friend to recommend one of their favorite books and this is what he came back with.
