Eli walked around in the park not sure what to do.

Lucas roamed the park. He went over to one of the benches.

Eli was tired of walking and sat down at a nearby bench.

((Do you think they should know each other?))

Lucas saw Eli coming towards the bench. He smiled.

((sure since u already roleplayed it like that lol))

"Hey Lucas!" Eli said sitting down.

((Lol))

"Hey." He said. "How have you been."

"Great." she said smiling, "How's the family?"

"They're fine." He said. "But they're still kinda a pain in my butt." He smirked.

She laughed, "Yeah I know what you mean. So are you still dating Miranda?"

((idk, i just had 2 make some1 up))

"Yeah." He said. "Why do you wanna know?" He asked, smiling a little.

"Just wondering. So see you through the window tonight?"

((if u see the taylor swift "you belong with me" video, i want it like that))

((Oh, i've seen it. Kay))

"Yep." He nodded.

"Okay." she says. "Well what brings you here anyway?"

"I was actually supposed to meet Miranda." Lucas said. "But she might be doing something..."

"Oh." Eli said slightly low. "Well I was also going to meet someone too...his name is Brian." she made up.

"Ah, cool..." He paused. "So I should probably leave so you and, uh, Brian can be alone..." He stood up.

"No!...welll um.. he hasn't come yet and he's late anyway!"

"Oh." Lucas said, sitting back down. "Don't you hate when that happens?"

"Yeah, tell me about it." she saya looking away secretly smiling that he stayed.

"So...when'd you meet Brian?"

She turned back towards him, "Well it was so long ago that it feels like I just met him today!" she said giggling.

Lucas chuckled. "He's nice, right?"

"Yeah, I guess so." she said

"Cool..." Lucas felt his phone vibrate. He stood "I gotta go."

((should I make him on the f-ball team and Miranda a cheerleader too?))

"Uh.." she got up, "Okay, will I see you soon?"

"Yeah." He smiled and left the park.

((Weeeeeeeee~should I be Miranda too?))

She smiled seeing him walk away. When will he know the truth? she wondered to herself.

Lucas went over to the school field for practice.

((the funny thing is that's the guys name who was in the video lol))

Eli went for her band practice, it was outside on the football field.

((Lol, really?))

While Lucas was out practicing he saw the band and noticed Eli. He waved.

((yup, what a coincidence))
Eli waved back, smiling. She was playing the drums.

Miranda caught a glimpse of Eli and Lucas exchanging waves. She shot Eli and snobby look then focused on the cheering routine.

Eli put her hand down and resumed playing the drums.

As Lucas practiced he would look around occasionally, usually at Eli.

Eli would do the same, except she also glanced at Miranda to see if she was watching.

After the game Lucas went towards Eli. "Nice drum-playing." He chuckled.

"Thanks," she laughed, "Great game. I couldn't even tell you guys were practicing." she smiled, but then she saw Miranda come over. Oh boy she thought.

Miranda hooked her arm around one of Lucas's and kissed his cheek. "Hey." She said in a sweet-toned voice. She turned to Eli. "...Eli." she hissed as nicely as possible.

"Hey Miranda." Eli said rolling her eyes. Her eyes almost watered up when she saw her kiss him on the cheek.

"So, Eli. Me and a couple of the others are going to go get something to eat. Wanna come?" Lucas asked. Miranda sighed. "Lucas she might not wanna come. She probably has something to do..." she said, a bit of sarcasm in her voice. She looked at Eli as though she was disgusted.

"Sure, I would like to come!" Eli said, "I'm just so excited about the prom this friday."

"Me too." Lucas said. "Is Brian taking you?" He asked, almost forgetting Miranda was there. "Who's Brian?" Miranda asked.

"Uh...well Brian doesn't go to proms, so he probably won't be going. I don't even know if I'm going..."

"Well, isn't that too bad?" Miranda said. "Let's get going, Lucas." She held onto him tighter, slightly glaring at Eli. "Alright." He said. "You coming, Eli?"

"Where?"

"We're just going to some fast food restaurant around the block."

"Okay then, sure." she said.

Lucas smiled and walked on with Miranda by his side.

Eli walked behind them.

Miranda sighed. "So, Eli. What's this 'Brian' guy like?"
