This looks spurious. The title describes Too Many Curses and at first glance could be a sequel, but the Tor website has no mention of it.

I suspect it's supposed to be Too Many Curses and the release date is just wrong.

(Tor doesn't list any new edition of the still-in-print TMC coming in Feb. '10)

Just read the book. It is good and fun read and not what you are expecting by the title. The curses have been laid on by the main character's boss, who doesn't just get mad he gets even.

If you read the really light fine print and next to the release date you can see this is a reprint of the 2008 edition.
