I definitely refer back to it after we meet in order to note which books I found interesting. I have to say that I haven't gotten to the point of love vs didn't like, but I definitely use it for ideas.
I was perusing the bookshelf, recently, along with Brian's neat little app for checking the library's catalog and really appreciate that he created that. I'm thinking about reading something by Nick Cave, now. Of course, it will be a few months before I finish and recover from 2666.

Yes, Brian's handy little app is resulting in me getting a little out of control with my hold list again. I'm hovering closer and closer to 25...
I can't believe how many of you want to read Nick Cave books after the glowing reviews I gave them. Y'all are a bunch of sadists. :)

I've requested The Death of Bunny Munro. Maybe we'll have to have a book group discussion on that book alone

Another outcome of our book group- I've recommended lots of kids and teen and even adult books based on people's book talks during our meetings without having actually read the books. Not sure if that's good or bad, but it's an interesting thing to think about. I usually preface my recommendation with "I just heard about this book from a friend..."
I'm currently reading The Death of Bunny Munro (book group discussion) and I have to say it makes me not want to overindulge with alcohol or cigarettes! Ugghh, I can feel the sick body feeling.
Brian, I showed Cleo the Dissection book, and she immediately checked it out. She's a strange girl.
