He's so smart, yet sometimes so clueless, that makes him absolutely puppy-adorable. Now I need to make time to re-read the entire series from the beginning because of your comments... darn you, Arch.

I also like the fact that he's brave. He may know that a certain person can beat him up, but that will not stop him from standing up to that person.

Dave is probably what will keep me reading the Troubleshooters books. After hearing Arch talk about him, I'm half in love already. :)

Oh my, I am in love with Dave too. He may not be a frat boy, but he's a tough nerd. One that has even his co worker, who happens to be his enemy - back. He believes strongly in teamwork and he's not afraid to tell you what's on his mind.

Lady D, I think it's a problem. Though I'm no Samaholic, I do think the Troubleshooters series is full of well-written suspense romances and you don't want to miss any.

I haven't been in the mood. It's best to read things when you can best appreciate them. Right now, I'm into paranormal and historical mainly, and I'm reading a lot more fantasy. I went on a major glom of Brockmann a few years back, and I enjoyed her, but I'd like to discover some new authors now. When the time comes, I'll get back into them. Not ready right now, Mollie.

Who is Dave Malkoff? And where do I read about him? I've heard both good and bad things about Brockman, it seems to be rather 50/50.

Dave Malkoff is in the series Troubleshooters by Suzanne Brockmann. Amazing series!!! :)

Dave Malkoff is first introduced in Flash Point. Then Into The Storm, Into The Fire and Dark of Night.

Okay, before I commit... I've realized that I sorta need dangerous heroines to be included with my dangerous heroes. Does this series (Troubleshooters) have them? Or is it all warrior type men and virtually no warrior type women? I'll even settle for some female tech or medical support staff. I'm THAT desperate right now.

I'm getting sort of tired of committing to series, only to realize that the depiction of the distaff side leaves me wanting to froth at the mouth and rant.

Sam Starrett is my number one baby. He's in the Troubleshooter series as well. He's a dangerous bad boy. He starts off as a Navy Seal and then becomes an ex- Navy Seal. You'll have to read the series to see why.

Dave Malkoff is dangerous in his own way. He's an ex-CIA agent. He's a nerd. Some people didn't like Dave, especially when it came down to Sophia. I'm not going to spoil anything. I've always like Dave. I fell in love with him, upon reading about him in Into the Storm. I've read that book first, then went back and read Flash Point and reading about him in the introduction book made me fall in love with him more.

My version of Dave Malkoff is Rory Cochrane/Speed from CSI Miami. I love me some Speed. That's my sexy nerd CSI agent. My version of Sophia is Stephanie March/Alexandra from Law & Order SVU.
