Peep (Pop! Pop!) | 49 comments Oh, let me think about this. Number 1? Yikes!

Debbie (halfpint66) | 272 comments Pretty much ANY Vampire from any paranormal. Why? I think that would be obvious. LOL!

Peep (Pop! Pop!) | 49 comments I'm having a hard time picking. Most of my manly shelf is Kresley Cole or Nalini Singh.... I can't choose between Bowen, Cadeon, or Malkom. Those boys are dangerous!

message 5: by [deleted user] (new)

More more name more!!!!!!!!! Oh how about Duncan from Julie Garwood's Honors Splendour.

message 6: by Cynfully Sweet (new)

Cynfully Sweet (cynfully_sweet) | 26 comments Jericho Barrons from Karen Moning's fever series :)

We only know him as an immortal "other"... can shift to beast form, highly deadly, can kill other immortal beings such as fae, and presumably, vampires..

and he's oh so, OH SO sexy :-D ::swoon::

I'm not sure I've ever read a hero more dangerous than Jericho Barrons! He kinda makes all the others look a little fluffy.....even when he's dancing around to Chubawumba.

message 8: by Cynfully Sweet (new)

Cynfully Sweet (cynfully_sweet) | 26 comments Megan-

I know right?! or painting fingernails :) plus he did win the 2011 Alpha Male award... I forget which site had done that.. but it was a landslide win!

message 9: by Ashley (new)

Ashley (shinhbang) | 139 comments JERICHO BARRONS! That's exactly who came in mind when I saw this thread. I mean...have you met the man?!?!!??! He is DEFINITELY SCARY and DANGEROUS to the core. And he's definitely a hero to me. He won the 2011 Alpha Male award with 4,589 votes over Jace Wayland with only 999 votes. That means, don't mess with Jericho Barrons. Now...I'm anxiously waiting for the little treat Karen Marie Moning promises her readers if JZB wins. :)

message 10: by Peep (Pop! Pop!) (new)

Peep (Pop! Pop!) | 49 comments I see Barrons as more of a (my) sweetheart! Manly sweetheart and I still need to read the last book in the series.

message 11: by Cynfully Sweet (new)

Cynfully Sweet (cynfully_sweet) | 26 comments peep- he does have his sweet moments :) but I'd say that with all the PNR, UF, Crime/Suspense romance books that I've read, he's the most consistently dangerous and deadly hero :)

i am not able to choose between barrons and bones..hmm

message 14: by ~Jennifer~ (new)

~Jennifer~ (book_addiction) For me it's between Barrons, Curran, and Bones.

message 15: by [deleted user] (new)

curran is from which series

message 16: by Aimie (new)

Aimie (aim4theneck) | 4 comments I have not read any the books with the characters you guys/girls have mentioned. I have literally just read the prologue for Darkfever, so I'm guessing I will get to meet Barrons soon. :)

But out of the books I have read I would have to pick one of the Brothers out of J.R. Ward's Black Dagger brotherhood. It would have to be Rhage, because of his beast/Dragon or Zsadist, because all the brothers are wary of him around females because he is extremely angry/Dark due to his past, or Vishious because of whats under his glove.

Curran is from the Kate Daniels series by Ilona Andrews...great series (once you get passed book 1)

Yeah, I just thought about the cake incident! I keep forgetting about stuff like that.

@Ashley: I think it will be one of the next books I read.

I have only read the first book so far in the Fever series. I agree that Jericho is fierce.

I think I would have to divide my choices into paranormal and non-paranormal.

As far as non-paranormal, I'd say that Bastien Toussaint from Black Ice is a top contender as far as most dangerous heroes. He is remorseless and lethal. He will do anything to get the job done.

I thought that Dragos in Dragon Bound was very dangerous, so I might be persuaded to go with him as my #1 PNR dangerous hero choice. He killed a whole army in one scene and caused tens of millions of dollars of damage during a temper tantrum near the beginning of the book.

Rain Tairen Soul from Lord of the Fading Lands once scorched the entire world because someone killed his wife....that's pretty dangerous!

message 23: by Danielle The Book Huntress , Loves 'Em Lethal (new)

Danielle The Book Huntress (gatadelafuente) | 9851 comments Mod
Yeah, that is!

message 24: by Aimie (new)

Aimie (aim4theneck) | 4 comments Adding to my previous choices. LOL. I would also pick Jamie from Outlander Although he isn't paranormal as such in himself --the books are time travel, paranormalish-- but he is a Mighty Fierce Scottish Highlander, who isn't scared to take on an army of English soldiers alone.. :)

message 25: by Justina (new)

Justina | 8 comments I can't choose!!! There are so many. It's between Jericho, Acheron, Zhadist, Wraith, Maddox or Lucan.
Is that too many? lol. I could go on and on. I know I'm forgetting about 20 hot and dangerous heroes. Oh, Sabin and Lyon too. I'm gonna stop now.

message 26: by Heather (new)

Heather (messybar) I'm going to throw in my two cents and say Bastien Toussaint from Black Ice. He's not a vamp or some other type of paranormal. Just a man and I think that makes him all the more dangerous. No remorse really and set to be lethal, regardless of the cost.

message 27: by Danielle The Book Huntress , Loves 'Em Lethal (new)

Danielle The Book Huntress (gatadelafuente) | 9851 comments Mod
I see we are in agreement, Heather. :)

message 28: by Athena (new)

Athena (athytee) I honestly couldn't begin to list who would be most dangerous. I think it comes down to the boundaries set forth in each individual world that they are born into. Who's to say that if Barrons is taken from the Fever world and plopped into Bones' world that Barrons may not be victorious? ...It's all subjective. Asking who the sexiest of all dangerous heros... that's a completely different question in which I DEFINITELY have an answer. :)

Ooh, I forgot about Acheron...he's definitely dangerous!!

Who's your sexiest, Athena??

message 31: by Danielle The Book Huntress , Loves 'Em Lethal (new)

We need a thread/list for the sexiest dangerous hero! Off to make one.

message 32: by Arch (new)

Arch | 4244 comments Mod
I think I will have to go with John Medina. He's the type of dangerous that could be next to a person, all cool, calm and collect - not giving off a sign that he could kill you with little effort.

Yes, Sabin from the Lords (my favorites) Lucan is from Lara Adrian's Midnight Breeds and Lyon is from Pamela Palmer's Feral Warriors.

Can I add Max Savoie from Nancy Gideon's Moonlight series and I love Jacob from Jacquelyn Frank's Nightwalkers.

See, I can't stop once I get started.

message 44: by Peep (Pop! Pop!) (new)

Peep (Pop! Pop!) | 49 comments Hmmm, Feral Warriors? I'll have to check out that series. I don't know those other two series you've just mentioned either. I feel so behind the times.

So do I, Peep. Which is what makes these groups so much more appealing - everyone drops amazing recommendations!

message 46: by ~Megan~ (new)

~Megan~ (megadee) | 1084 comments Mod
Love those Feral Warriors!

Michelle(Chelle) aka Nightshade - Cake Whisperer (michmag) I would have to say Raphael from the Guild Hunter series by Nalini Singh followed closely by Bones from the Night Huntress series by Jeaniene Frost.

message 48: by Katherine (new)

Katherine (katdylan) I need to say Wrath from BDB. He's dangerous and way effing sexy. (Mine!! Growl)

Also, Stryker from Dark Hunter. How many writers does a book for the villain? He's HOT!!!! Do I need to say dangerous? lol

message 49: by Ashley (new)

Ashley (shinhbang) | 139 comments We can't also miss the Acheron from the Dark Hunter series! Seriously, don't mess with him.
