Hi Cindy, The NYRB edition just has the title Monte Verita, a single story of 79 pages.
Wait! You all got me interested, so I compared my copy in The Apple Tree to that in the NYRB edition. It looks like in the NYRB they have combined both Monte Verita and Victor into one novella just called Monte Verita. So it is the same thing in the end. :)
Confusing, but I imagine we'll all get through it...
