@ noor , I really don't think it is, Will hasn't exactly been gentle with the things he loved ( tessa) except jem and he really didn't show he was scarred until cp2 but this says one of the first things, I really think this is jace.

You do have a point there. But about "the scarred until CP" it doesn't matter, because after the events of CP, tessa knows about the scarred Will, so if this snippet is in CP2 she could be merely reflecting on that.

But with the other points, the victorian voice and the gentle thing..you are right...

Hmm yes I guess she could be reflecting,, jace was gentle with his falcon, he was gentle with max and more impotantly with clary it is mentioned so may times in the books how jace only let's his guard down around clary

He's called her clarissa before but I do think this one s about Sebastian

he only called her clarissa before when he didnt want to sound intimate with her, in city of ashes, but in the other later books he hasnt

Confused!" when tessa was in the infirmary, lying in bed half asleep and then half pretending to be asleep, her kinda soul rose up and she was listening in on everyone and watching everyone from like a erm vantage point, when her body was in the infirmary she could see jessamine in the silent city wrtitng her initials on the wall, so im guessing she has like an angel soul thing
