It didn't "snatch" your name; it made a suggestion that it thought matched. You had to actually claim that incorrect profile. I have switched you to the correct profile now, but it is important that you read our directions when clicking things.

I think these are the same people because if you look at the review of the book by the other Heather Crews the person who reviewed it says that she read it because her niece wrote it. If you look at the review's friend list of 15 people - the other Heather Crews is listed. http://www.goodreads.com/user/show/41...

I merged the first and last. However, the second and third are a distinct name under which she has published. You probably wish to merge the two, and some books should have her other author name added (or be moved to the other profile). But it's like a pen-name, and she clearly wishes to maintain a separate profile for that "pen-name".

Those two profiles still need to be merged. All of the books on both profiles are written by the same author. If you read M.J. Sullivan's GR author profile, you will see all of the other books listed.

Do you want to delete Michael J.^^ Sullivan's profile, since it doesn't have any books on it?

An empty profile is harmless, and will eventually be deleted by the script that deletes them.
