Good review Michael, but a shame you didn't like it more. Never mind...what are you reading next?

I know that feeling, it's awful, the disappointment you feel after an awesome book!

Thanks Trina, I’ll have a look at it when I finished.
I’m 100 pages through. The writing seems amateurish. It feels like the author is trying to hard to convince me on how gorgeous and irresistible Grey is but I’m not getting it.

Glad to hear you felt the same. I'll plug on and see how I feel later on down the track but it's not grabing me atm
Next: Dead Men Tell No Tales
My review: An intriguing short story, that moves at a swift pace, but doesn't leave the reader wanting. Dark and gruesome: a pirate's tale with a difference. Very enjoyable! 5 stars.

Well, I have to admit, they were short stories :)
One more today: A Kind of Judgment
My review: A dark, poignant, and beautifully written, Gothic tale. A short story that will linger in the mind, long after reading. 5 stars.

Oh really? I had got a little sick of her books and haven't read any in awhile...they all seem to be very similar. But it sounds like I might have to reserve this one from the library Michael! (I used to buy all of hers!!)

After I'm done reading the (abridged) Channon diary, I am set on finishing Articles of War, The Spectator Book of World War II, which I intend to donate to a neighborhood library. :)

Well, you enjoy that one too KOMET... it's lovely of you to donate it to the library...they would appreciate it!
