If you can get your hands on it, go for it - as with almost all story collections, there were some I found a bit meh and maybe somewhat antiquated, but I enjoyed the other ones a lot - Dahl has a wicked sense of humor!

Sorry for the delay in answering. This is my second Chandler and I find I can take him or leave him. It was a good summer read, easy and fast, but I found the plot a little overdone and the characters a little underdone.

I’ll be reading #12. Recommended for fans of mystery novels, especially for readers who have been reading the series.
