No much time for July instalment of Monthly Reads. I deeply apologize for being so late and absent (this month I was and still am terribly busy). Please, if you have any suggestions, do post them till the June 18th (that means, you have only two days for nominations...). After that, I'll send you the poll invites.

P.S. Forgot to mention -- this month is dedicated to mystery, crime and thriller fiction :)

- The Black Dahlia (L.A. Quartet #1) by James Ellroy The Black Dahlia by James Ellroy (our eternal candidate, with the made six years ago)
- The Caveman's Valentine by George Dawes Green The Caveman's Valentine by George Dawes Green (cool features Samuel L. Jackson)
- The Bourne Identity (Jason Bourne, #1) by Robert Ludlum The Bourne Identity by Robert Ludlum ( is made, imagine that, ten years ago)
- A Time to Kill by John Grisham A Time to Kill by John Grisham (you may refresh your memory about the movie )
- The Lovely Bones by Alice Sebold The Lovely Bones by Alice Sebold (was once a candidate, worth putting in again - the movie's made by our favourite :)
