really liked it
Wow, what a book. I read just 600 pages in two days.

It seems like I only enjoy Bardugo’s books when covid hits. Like oh dear, there’s a pandemic, time to go to the Grishaverse.

This book is ambitious but my, it works. Bardugo is phenomenal at creating characters, compelling plots and vivid settings. From Fjerda to Ravka, it is so very easy to imagine all of this, to see the styles and the cultures and the history.

For my Korean paperwork, Israel is an innovative Asian country, totally cultural siblings. Our fellow OECD partner, we are so developed.

For my European applications, Israel is a war-torn Middle Eastern country. Have I mentioned that I've lived through several wars?
